Rules for returns and exchanges

We want to make sure you have an excellent shopping experience with us.

On this page you can read our policy regarding returns, damaged products and cancellations.

HOW TO CANCEL A PURCHASE IMMEDIATELY

Please note that we will not charge your credit card until your item has been shipped from our warehouse. If you wish to cancel an order before this happens, please contact our Customer Service immediately and we will attempt to stop the package before it is dispatched. We usually ship the same day.

If you wish to cancel an order, please send an email to our customer service with the subject “Cancellation” and your order number so that we can properly handle your request.

Due to our fast shipping process, we cannot guarantee that every order can be canceled in time. We will refund the amount paid within a maximum of 15 days.

WE WILL REFUND ITEMS WHICH ARE PROPERLY RETURNED TO US
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the option to return the items within 14 days of receipt.

All items must be returned in their original packaging, sealed, unopened, unused, undamaged (if applicable) and fit for resale.

HOW TO RETURN THE ITEMS
If you want to return an item, please first contact our customer service by e-mail ( click here ). If we do not receive notification from you, a refund cannot be guaranteed.

Return costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable.

Please do not return anything without first contacting our customer service ( click here ). Once we have received your return, we will refund the amount paid within a maximum of 15 days.

HANDLING DAMAGED ITEMS

Once your return has been received and checked, our customer service team will contact you to let you know that we have received your return in good order. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUND

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take a while for your refund to appear. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing period before refunds are posted. If you have already done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service.

FREE ITEMS AND PROMOTIONS ARE NON-REFUND OR RETURNED

We do not refund or accept returns for free items or promotional items provided to you free of charge.
